About us

A society where all young people are well informed, economically empowered and actively take part in global development processes regardless of their background, gender, religion or social status.

To raise the levels of awareness and access to information on SDGs hence foster active youth engagement in the implementation and review processes for the realization of a more equitable, progressive and sustainable society.

Our Mandate
Champions for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Youth is a diverse youth-led organization working toward positive youth development, their meaningful involvement, just and inclusive societies. The organization hosts regular hybrid information sessions, dialogues and conferences to reach out to young people of ages between 18 and 35 years, educate them about the SDGs and carry out policy advocacy. Champions for SDGs Youth fosters an environment where the young people can acquire relevant knowledge, get empowered and actively contribute towards the implementation and review processes of the SDGs. The target group consists of young people of ages between 18 and 35 years.

Our Programs

We conduct Youth Dialogues targeting young people on their involvement in the implementation and review of the SDGs

We conduct information sessions targeting young people overally on the SDGs and on related current topical issues

We work in collaboration with other key stakeholders to advance the Global Goals for Sustainable Development
