On August 8, 2026, we were honored to join likeminded organizations for the 3rd Edition of #WritetoLearn at YMCA School, Kibera. During the community outreach organized ahead of the #InternationalYouthDay 2026, Rebeccah Osugo, our Communications Lead introduced some young learners to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Additionally, the organizers distributed some stationery to support the learners’ academic journeys.

“I believe every child deserves access to quality education and the opportunity to learn about sustainability early. Childhood is a formative stage for developing values, attitudes and habits, and introducing children to the SDGs can help nurture a generation that understands both the challenges we face and their role in creating solutions.” says Rebeccah.
